Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Please note that registration fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual. To do so, kindly email the name of the substitute attendee to iipstreasurer@gmail.com. Additionally, please remember to contact the hotel directly to update your reservation as needed.
