At registration check-in, you will be given a bracelet that is your entrance to the sessions and social events.

Room rate and fees:

• $169.00 + tax (13%)
• $15.00 parking fee applies.

Note: When using the booking link, the rate may display as $169 + $30 fee, but you will only be charged $169. The $30 fee has been waived as part of our contract with the hotel.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Please note that registration fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual. To do so, kindly email the name of the substitute attendee to iipstreasurer@gmail.com. Additionally, please remember to contact the hotel directly to update your reservation as needed.
